  1. Installing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all devices
  2. Installation of Software
  3. Asset and Vendor Management
  4. Procurement of Devices
  5. Remote Support onsite support for 10 locations PAN INDIA
  6. Window Server
  7. Knowledge of Firewall
  8. Knowledge of DNS and DHCP server (active directory)
  9. Knowledge of PRI- VOIP
  10. Switch and Router configuration
  11. Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
  12. OS installation
  13. Hardware Knowledge
  14. Knowledge of NVR and DVR
