Role Purpose

Lead daytoday IT operations and infrastructure for a growing FinTech, ensuring stable platforms, strong security, and regulatory readiness while supporting rapid business expansion.

Job Location- Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Delivery

• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud environments, networks, and workplace systems
• Ensure uptime, monitoring, incident management, and SLA adherence
• Support application hosting for CBS, LOS/LMS, Payments, APIs, and internal tools

Security & Compliance Execution

• Implement security controls, audits, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements
• Support RBI, ISO, PCI audits under guidance from CTO / Risk teams

Team & Vendor Management

• Manage IT admins, cloud engineers, and support teams
• Work with cloud providers, security vendors, and system integrators
• Track IT costs, licenses, and optimize spend

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Translate operational requirements into reliable IT solutions

Required Skills

• Strong handson experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure), Networking, Security, ITSM
• Exposure to BFSI systems and regulatory environments
• Executionfocused, problemsolving mindset

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
• Prior role as IT Manager / Infra Lead / Tech Ops Manager
