We are Hiring for an experienced IT Manager Ecommerce & Mobility to join our IT team !!

Experience - 5 - 10 years 

Location -Kochi , Kerala

Skill set - Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks with front end Flutter integration.

Work Mode - onsite ( Lulu India headoffice , Kochi , Kerala )

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the development, integration, implementation, and support of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have SAP knowledge, hands-on experience in enterprise system integrations, backend application architecture, and the ability to manage functional technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in agile method.
• Budgeting, and coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
• Drive Agile project execution and continuous process improvements.

Enterprise Integration

• Design and manage integrations between SAP and Inhouse/external systems.
• Develop and review API-based integrations.
• Coordinate with middleware and integration teams for seamless connectivity.

Application Development

• Provide technical guidance for backend / front end application development team.
• Review application architecture and ensure to maintain the best practices.
• Support system performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Participate in solution design and technical decision-making.
• Review code for final deployment.

 

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in PHP backend development.
• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or other PHP frameworks with front end Flutter integration.
• Strong integration knowledge of ERP like SAP.
• Proven experience in SAP and third-party system integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience managing technical teams and software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

Good to Have

• Ecommerce platform experience.
• Mobile application development exposure.
• Experience with OMS, WMS, CRM, Last mile or POS integrations.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms for queuing etc.
• DevOps and CI/CD exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in Project Management, or Agile are an added advantage.
