Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Executive to manage the organization's day-to-day IT
infrastructure, office technology, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth
connectivity and security systems, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide general office and
administrative support, including helping staff make effective use of AI tools in their daily work.
Key Responsibilities
Network & Connectivity
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues across the office.
 
Manage and maintain Wi-Fi networks, routers, and access points for reliable coverage.
 
Maintain and monitor the telephonic/EPABX server and office telephone systems.
 
Server Room & Security Systems
Maintain and monitor the server room, ensuring proper functioning, cooling, and security.
 
Manage CCTV systems, including installation oversight, footage monitoring, and troubleshooting.
 
IT Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain a complete and updated record of IT inventory (laptops, desktops, peripherals, networking
 
equipment, etc.).
Track existing inventory, assign assets to employees, and ensure timely recovery upon exit.
 
Coordinate procurement, repair, and replacement of IT equipment as needed.
 
Vendor & Office Coordination
Coordinate with external vendors for internet, telephony, CCTV, hardware, and software services.
 
Follow up on service requests, AMC renewals, warranties, and timely resolution of issues.
 
Support day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
 
Staff Support & AI Enablement
Provide first-line IT support/troubleshooting to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 
Assist and train staff in using AI tools and applications to improve productivity in daily tasks.
 
Act as a point of contact for general office assistance and technology-related queries.
 
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of internet connections, routers, and Wi-Fi network setup/troubleshooting.
 
Experience maintaining and tracking IT inventory and asset registers.
 



Working knowledge of CCTV systems and server room equipment/maintenance.
Familiarity with telephonic/EPABX server systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ability to guide staff in using them.
Strong organizational skills for day-to-day office management.
Good communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize issues based on urgency.
Good to Have
Basic networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) or equivalent experience.
 
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing tools for tracking IT requests.
 
Familiarity with data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
 
Prior experience in a similar IT support / office administration role.
 
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical
 
experience).
13+ years of experience in IT support, office administration, or a similar role.
