IT Infrastructure Engineer

qKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure across the construction site, offices, and project locations.
• Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, and VPN access.
• Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network switches, firewalls, and data storage systems.
• Provide technical support to site employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Ensure smooth functioning of project management applications, ERP systems, and communication tools.
• Maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security-related IT infrastructure.
• Perform regular data backup, system updates, and disaster recovery activities.
• Coordinate with telecom and internet service providers for connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
• Support remote users and coordinate with the corporate IT team for project requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 38 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Firewalls, CCTV, and IT Security.
• Ability to work independently at project sites and handle multiple IT support activities.
