IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer

About the Role

ACG Infotech Limited is looking for a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Engineer to manage our organization's cloud infrastructure, on-premises network, and information security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT systems while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain office LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
• Knowledge in
• cyber security policies, endpoint protection, firewall rules, MFA, access controls, and data protection measures.
• security threats, vulnerabilities, and unauthorized access.
• Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and patch management.
• Configure backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, and technology partners when required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT and cyber security standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, and enterprise networking.
• Experience with firewalls.
• Knowledge of cyber security best practices and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of Linux administration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500)
• CompTIA Security+
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP
