Roles & Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Systems Integration

• Define IT Strategy: Execute a long-term IT vision aligning with multi-site corporate growth.
• Enterprise Architecture: Govern the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and MySQL.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the annual CAPEX/OPEX IT budget to ensure maximum ROI.

2. Clinical Systems Governance & Operations

• Uptime & Performance: Own the 24/7 uptime and disaster readiness of RIS, PACS, and LIS.
• Enterprise Archiving: Architect scalable storage, archiving, and backup systems for imaging data workloads.
• Advanced Integrations: Oversee DICOM/HL7 matrices between modalities (CT/MRI/PET-CT) and PACS/LIMS.

3. Infrastructure, Networks & Multi-Site Scaling

• Infrastructure Engineering: Direct lifecycle management of enterprise hardware, server farms, and workstations.
• Enterprise Networking: Oversee high-resilience LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and firewall topologies between diagnostic centers.
• Unified Communications: Govern domains, productivity suites (G Suite), secure email, and AV infrastructures.

4. Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

• Security Posture: Enforce zero-trust data protection, proactive monitoring, and access controls.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with healthcare data privacy laws and audit logs.
• Disaster Recovery: Own the Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

5. Vendor Management & Strategic Contracts

• Manage Partnerships: Oversee high-value relationships with medical tech vendors and telecom partners.
• Lead Negotiations: Direct SLA, AMC, and CMC contract negotiations to optimize cost efficiencies.
• Enforce Compliance: Ensure stringently defined vendor penalties for system downtime.

6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Direct Teams: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary IT unit, including sysadmins and network engineers.
• C-Suite Reporting: Present key MIS analytics, KPI dashboards, and security postures to the Board.
• Align Operations: Partner with Chief Medical Officers and Operations to sync technology with clinical excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering field.

Experience & Competencies

• 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a diagnostic chain or hospital network.
• Medical IT Expertise: Proven management of enterprise RIS, PACS, LIS, and distributed imaging networks.
• Network Knowledge: Deep understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and medical device connectivity protocols.
• Frameworks & Leadership: Mastery of ITIL service frameworks, healthcare data privacy, and vendor negotiations
