IT Executive/Sr. Executive/AM

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive IT Infrastructure & Systems to support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and virtualization environments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining system availability, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting processes, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and firewall systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

System Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft Windows environments, network systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, backups, and system security.
• Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance activities.

Network & Security Support

• Support firewall management and network security initiatives.
• Assist in implementing security policies and ensuring compliance with IT standards.
• Monitor network performance and escalate critical issues when required.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain IT asset inventory and configuration documentation.
• Prepare infrastructure status reports and maintain operational records.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices.

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Coordinate with hardware, software, telecom, and service vendors for support and issue resolution.
• Assist in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Support testing and deployment of new technologies and solutions.

Team & Business Support

• Provide technical support to internal users and customers as required.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and cross-training activities within the IT team.
• Provide support during planned maintenance activities and emergency situations when necessary.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Network Support.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, Firewalls, and Virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Cisco networking devices, VMware, Citrix, or cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of IT monitoring and backup solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, VMware, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
