IT Executive

Purpose of the Role:

To provide end-to-end IT support by maintaining hardware, software, network infrastructure, and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.

Work Location: Baroda

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
• Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network devices.
• Create and manage user accounts, email IDs, passwords, and access permissions.
• Configure and support Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware/software licenses.
• Perform regular data backups and assist in data recovery when required.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC services, and procurement of IT equipment.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement basic cybersecurity measures.
• Set up IT infrastructure for new employees, including system configuration and software installation.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, support requests, and system configurations.
• Provide basic user training on IT systems and security best practices.

Experience:

• 13 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking issues.
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and user account management.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and remote support tools is preferred.
• Experience in maintaining IT asset inventory and coordinating with vendors is desirable.
