Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to IT systems and resolve them efficiently.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and requests.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken.

• Need to visit site locations as well for site support.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Support or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and colleagues alike.
