Job Description
- Primary role is to support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets
- Installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring its optimal performance
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment
- Fulfill Information technology needs of an organization including supervising subordinates, coordinating software implementation and upgrades
- Associates degree in computer related field, or associate study with 1 year experience, or 2 years of experience
- Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required
- Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories
