Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ODIN software. This role involves managing ODIN setups, conducting installations, overseeing ODIN diet setups, and ensuring the smooth execution of the Beginning of Day (BOD) process. Additionally, the IT Executive will provide technical support and troubleshoot software-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage ODIN software across relevant systems.
- Perform ODIN setup and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct ODIN diet setup as per operational requirements.
- Manage and monitor the BOD process to ensure timely system readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and issue resolutions.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular system updates and software enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ODIN software installation, setup, and management.
- Strong understanding of ODIN diet setup and BOD processes.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and system issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the financial or trading industry is a plus.
