Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage CCTV surveillance systems, provide IT support, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, control software installation, basic networking, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV control software and surveillance equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV systems, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical support for Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment and surveillance systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
• Maintain system backups, updates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and maintenance when required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.
• Support end users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
