JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: IT EXECUTIVE

DEPARTMENT: IT

REPORTS TO: IT-Head

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Troubleshoot technical issues on desktops, laptops, servers and network.
• Install, Configure and Maintain computers and its related software.
• Support ISO and Client audits.
• Perform system changes adhered to Organizational policies.
• Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot and assistance to end users who are working from home.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Patch Management.

TECHNICAL SKILLSET:-

• Windows Platforms Windows 7, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10.1
• Linux Platforms – Linux Mint
• Anti-Virus
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Windows Backups and Restorations.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:-

B.E / B. Tech, BSC & BCA.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing IT infrastructure independently and strong computer knowledge.
