It Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an IT Executive to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, printer, and network issues while ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues.
• Manage antivirus, backups, and system updates.
• Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and internet services.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs and procurement.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems.

Requirements

• 14 years of experience in IT Support/System Administration.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, Hardware, Printers, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.

Education

• B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, Diploma in Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
