Job Description
Maintain hospital computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and networking systems
Provide technical support for Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR, and billing software
Monitor internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and CCTV systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software updates, and system maintenance
Ensure regular data backup and system security
Support OT, diagnostic, and ophthalmic equipment connected to IT systems
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Train hospital staff on basic system usage and IT protocols
The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the hospital s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking systems, and hospital management applications
The role ensures smooth functioning of all IT-related operations across departments including OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, Billing, and Administration
The IT Executive also provides technical support to staff and ensures data security and system efficiency
