IT Executive

Job Summary:

Technically skilled IT Executive with 23 years of experience in IT Infrastructure. The ideal

candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Windows servers, Active Directory,

networking, hardware, and end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining

the organization's IT infrastructure and providing timely technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop and server operating systems.

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user account administration.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.

• Configure and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Monitor and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization environments.

• Perform regular system health checks, patch management, and preventive maintenance.

• Manage backup and recovery solutions and verify backup integrity.

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gsuite, Teams, and other

productivity applications.

• Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and system updates.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty, and AMC support.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to users across multiple locations.

• Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Printer)

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Educational Qualification

B.E Computer Technology, BSc. IT, Diploma IN Computer Technology or equivalent.
