Job Description
- Responsibity for all tasks referring to Technical Services area MS, Linux, Backup VC (Back Office, Front Office, and Cloud)
- Responsiblility for the analysis, the design, the implementation, the operation, and the support of the IT MS, Linux, Backup and VC Services
- Providing support, hardware and software maintenance, training and consultation to Corporate IT team as well as to the Country IT Teams
- Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum availability and security of the IT Infrastructure and IT Services
Requirements:
- Master University degree in Computer Science, Information or Technology Systems, Engineering or related fields or appropriate working knowledge.
- 6-7-years experience in Information Technology
- Proven working experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge in the Logical/Microsoft frameworks
- Good English languages skills in writing and speaking
- Good communication skills, especially with management, business people and IT technicians
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Read and understand source code is an advantage
- All activities are executed and communicated effectively and in a timely fashion
- Excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation
- Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to exceed
- Displays initiative and enthusiasm for their role and company
- Strong results orientation and analytical skills. Actively articulates and promotes BHTC vision, value and direction
- Consistently meets BHTC standards, ethics and compliance requirements
