IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to users across production, office, warehouse, and other departments.
• Maintain computers, servers, printers, scanners, network devices, and other IT assets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and system connectivity issues.
• Support ERP/MRP, production, inventory, attendance, and other business applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and AMC services.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, backups, and documentation.
• Ensure data security, antivirus protection, access control, and regular backups.
• Support CCTV, biometric/attendance systems, barcode systems, and shop-floor IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues with minimum production downtime.
• Assist in implementing digitalization, automation, and IT improvement projects.
• Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity practices.
• Provide technical support during new system installations and upgrades.
