Experience as a Technical/Domain/Module Lead.
Experience in International Projects with client interaction.
Develop and lead the teams while ensuring that the team meets business requirements while creating an environment wherein people feel inspired to work and put people above everything.
Write new project proposals and work with the team to provide release plans.
Responsible for delivering on time with quality.
Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects by working closely with people.
Technically grounded and committed to following the Agile development process.
Experience in documentation like use cases documents, BRD, FRS, technical design documents, status reports, etc.
The individual will be required to interact with clients, do an assessment of incoming inquiries, coordinate with technical managers on getting enquires estimated, create formal proposals for projects, and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.
Should have experience in client handling and writing project plans.
