Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality software based on functional and technical requirements. Review code, perform debugging, and ensure adherence to best coding practices. Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Participate actively across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and resolve project challenges. Ensure timely delivery of project modules while maintaining code quality and performance standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation as needed. Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of Java development experience. At least 2+ years in a team lead or senior developer role. Strong expertise in: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security HTML/JSP and React (good to have) Strong knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases. Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience in Banking, EFT, or Card Payment domains is an added advantage. Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Work from Office is mandatory for this role. Senior Java Developer (4+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Perform gap analysis to align current business processes with desired outcomes based on business value and impact. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including process flows, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and data models. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented. Participate in system testing and UAT, including creating test cases and validating system functionality. Coordinate with Project Managers to plan and execute project delivery and solution implementations. Assist in change management and provide user training/documentation for implemented solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend process and system improvements. Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background: B.Tech, MCA, BCA, M.Sc/B.Sc in Computer Science or related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Business Analyst in IT/software development environment. Prior experience in software project development or testing (minimum 2 years). Hands-on experience in client communication and requirement gathering. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Domain knowledge in Banking / EFT / Card Payments is an added advantage. Must be willing to work full-time from the office (Infopark Kochi).
