Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst- Capital Market
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3-6 years
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, and workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design, UAT planning/execution, and production rollout.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping. Perform data analysis and contribute to process improvements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, etc. Experience in UAT support, test planning, test case creation, and functional validation.
- Capital Markets Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Trading (order lifecycle, execution, confirmation). Understanding of Depository, Clearing & Settlement processes.
- SWIFT standards knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working with investment banks, exchanges, brokers, custodians, or market infrastructure institutions is preferred.
