kaveri ambulance services is looking for IT Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey The IT Associate is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization
This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the IT environment
The IT Associate works closely with other members of the IT team to address technology-related concerns and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide frontline technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve them in a timely manner
Hardware and Software Installation: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software applications, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners
System Administration: Assist in the administration of servers, user accounts, and security settings
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups
Network Support: Assist with network infrastructure setup and troubleshooting
Configure routers, switches, and firewalls as needed
Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues
Documentation and Training: Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures
Provide training and guidance to end-users on using IT resources effectively
IT Asset Management: Manage inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and other equipment
Track procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets
Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement of IT products and services
