IT Asset Management Intern

Acuity Analytics is seeking an IT Asset Management Intern to support our upcoming office relocation project. The role involves maintaining accurate records of IT assets, supporting inventory management activities, and ensuring seamless tracking of equipment throughout the office transition. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT asset management and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and track records of IT assets during the office relocation process
• Update and manage inventory data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with IT and Admin teams regarding asset movement and allocation
• Support asset verification, reconciliation, and inventory audit activities
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain documentation related to asset transfers

Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 0-1 years of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to organize, track, and maintain large volumes of data accurately
• Strong coordination and time-management skills
• Proactive and eager-to-learn mindset
