Troubleshooting, creating rules, reports related to IT asset.
Maintain information like serial number, asset code(Make and Model), warranty and AMC status, location.
Maintain software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements Must have experience of Service desk plus tool to manage IT assets.
Must have ITIL process knowledge (IMAC).
Creating Asset Tag for New assets.
Should have experience in vendor management
Allocating Assets to user and make installation and returned check list.
Taking Physical inventory of all assets.
Providing system garneted installation check list to finance team for payment process.
Replaced leased expire asset and send old assets to vendor.
Doing leased expire asset inspection at vendor location.
Handling store asset and maintain tracking register.
Preparing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change & Disposal) of every IT Assets
Maintaining the Record of New material Inward & Outward.
Verification of materials invoices as per delivery challan.
