Job Description
Asset Management for RO & HO and Project sites across India.
Co-ordinating with HR team and Arranging Desktop/Laptop for new
joiners.
Preparing tracker of onboarding & Offboarding of users.
Co-ordination with purchase team for new asset procurement.
Handing EOL assets replacement activity.
Checking IMAC forms which are filled by engineer.
Managing Asset tagging for old and new devices
Checking the approval before asset allocation.
Managing Hardware & Software Inventory Management through ITAM tool.
FAR and Asset reconciliation with Account team.
Handling around 3000 IT Assets (EU & DC).
Preparing stock statement of all locations
Preparing data for Asset scrap activity.
Preparing data for AMC purposes.
Co-ordinating with Accounts & Taxation team to arrange GST invoice
and E Waybill to dispatch material.
Preparing MIS reports for reviews.
Yearly physically assets verification of all locations.
Managing Asset Tickets in ITSM tool
