IT & Networking Specialist

• Network Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level servers, switches, and networking equipment.
• Firewall & Security: Implement and monitor firewall policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and DLP solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve complex networking issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Printer & Asset Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT assets used in solar panel manufacturing.
• Configuration Management: Design and optimize network configurations for scalability and performance.
• Data Protection: Administer DLP tools and enforce IT security compliance across systems.
• Solution-Oriented Approach: Proactively identify issues and deliver practical, business-aligned IT solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management and production teams to align IT infrastructure with business needs.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on expertise in networking protocols, server management, and switch configuration.
• Deep knowledge of firewall policies, DLP solutions, and IT security frameworks.
• Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting high-end networking systems and printers.
• Understanding of IT assets in a solar manufacturing environment (servers, printers, industrial PCs, SAP ERP systems).
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in IT & Networking.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CEH, etc.) preferred.
