IT Manager (Assistant Manager) Thane
Qualification: Any Graduate / BE
Experience: 56+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Configure and support Cisco, FortiGate, and HPE networking devices.
Monitor network performance, resolve incidents, and ensure network security.
Handle VLANs, OSPF, BGP, NAT, VPN, Active Directory, Windows Server, IIS, and SQL.
Provide technical support, maintain documentation, and coordinate video conferencing for senior management.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
Hands-on experience with Cisco/FortiGate devices and network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SNMP, NetFlow, etc.).
CCNA certification preferred; MCSA/MCSE certification is an advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
