Job Description
Support academic environments (lecture halls, research labs, student portals, faculty offices) as well as clinical or hospital environments (Electronic Health Records, patient data privacy & specialized medical hardware).Manage user access controls.Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and enterprise switching/routing.
