Roles & Responsibilities

• Network Architecture & Infrastructure:
  
• Design, configure, and maintain high-performance, low-latency network infrastructure supporting Finsols hosted trading systems and financial platforms.
• Manage and maintain enterprise switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connections across local office setups and cloud/data center environments.
• Routing, Switching & Firewall Management:
  
• Implement and troubleshoot core routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching configurations (VLANs, STP, Link Aggregation) to ensure continuous connectivity and redundancy.
• Define, manage, and audit firewall security rules, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) to safeguard client financial data.
• Network Monitoring & IT Administration:
  
• Perform routine IT administration, hardware configuration, patch updates, and system health checks to maintain high uptime.
• Monitor network traffic, bandwidth usage, and latency metrics using automated network monitoring tools to detect and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.
• Security, Compliance & Support:
  
• Implement strict network security policies compliant with financial technology standards and cloud infrastructure practices.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network outages, connection drops, and hardware failures, executing quick root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Collaboration:
  
• Collaborate with cloud and development teams (AWS/Azure/GCP) to manage hybrid cloud connections, secure access gateways, and server infrastructure.
• Maintain precise network topology documentation, backup configurations, and operational disaster recovery procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Location: Noida (or willing to relocate)
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering, Switching, Routing Protocols, and Firewall Management.
• Core Technical Skills:
  
• Deep understanding of Routing (BGP, OSPF) & Switching protocols.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, or similar).
• Familiarity with Cloud Networking (AWS VPC / Azure VNet) and hybrid network config
