Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment.
Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Configure and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ensure network security and address any vulnerabilities.
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data.
Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Ensure regular backups of critical data and systems.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support.
Knowledge about MS products.
Patch management and asset management.
Basic knowledge of AD Server and Firewall.
Understanding of AD server Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
Hyper-V server understanding (Hyper-V VM creation, live VM migration).Qualifications
Qualification: Bachelor Of Commerce (Diploma/Certification) Or Bachelor of Science (Information Technology )
