Role Summary

Quadrant Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint management, security, and IT operations. The role will ensure system availability, user support, infrastructure security, compliance, and effective IT governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, endpoints, user access, provisioning, and security controls.
• Manage IT incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow/ITSM tools and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or Datadog.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) activities.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, vendors, and infrastructure documentation.
• Create, maintain, review, and update company IT policies, SOPs, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure IT policies and controls align with ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, and security requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain required compliance evidence.
• Identify infrastructure and security risks and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
• Strong experience in enterprise on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Experience creating and maintaining IT policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001/SOC 2 audits is preferred.
