Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- IT Assets Management (Laptop, Desktop, Printers, CCTV Cameras, VC Facility, Projectors & Computer Peripherals).
- Should know Networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi and allied systems)
- System administration.
- Installation, configuration troubleshooting of Windows server, windows 7, Windows 8, & Windows 10 Experienced in L1-L2 level on day-to-day operational issues and runtime operations.
- Experience in Windows OS patching, Knowledge of Office 365.
- Experience in Client/Server Technologies Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Handling IT tickets and resolving hardware and software issues, Managing Backup activities.
- Responsible for providing the Server administration and support to the network.
- Knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, SNMP & mail Client configurations.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with at-least 2.5 Years exp in to IT Admin/Support
