Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & UPS Support Engineer to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and critical power backup systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in IT maintenance, including desktops, laptops, Apple Mac systems, servers, networking devices, and enterprise hardware, ensuring maximum system performance, reliability, and business continuity.
The candidate must possess strong electrical knowledge and practical electrical troubleshooting abilities to independently handle UPS installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, battery replacement, load testing, fault diagnosis, and power distribution-related issues. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying and resolving both electrical and UPS-related faults, ensuring uninterrupted power availability while adhering to electrical safety standards and industry best practices. Hands-on experience in UPS maintenance, battery replacement, electrical wiring, electrical troubleshooting, and power backup infrastructure is essential for this role.
