The ideal candidate has a strong background in both Windows and macOS environments, cloud administration (Office 365), network security (firewalls), and hardware/software asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • User & Identity Management: Administer and manage Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID), including user provisioning, license management, and security configurations.
  • Device Management & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 helpdesk support for both Windows and macOS operating systems, hardware, peripherals, and business applications.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM): Deploy, configure, and manage corporate mobile devices and laptops using MDM solutions (e.g., ManageEngine, Intune, Jamf, or equivalent).
  • Network & Security: Monitor and maintain office networking equipment and firewalls, ensuring secure remote access (VPN), network segmentation, and adherence to security best practices.
  • Server Administration: Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based servers, ensuring high availability, routine patching, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and peripherals throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
  • Documentation: Create and update IT standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge base articles, and network diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration role.
  • Cloud & Productivity: Proven administration experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD.
  • OS Expertise: Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows (10/11) and macOS.
  • Security & Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and day-to-day firewall administration.
  • MDM Experience: Hands-on experience configuring and managing devices via an MDM platform (e.g., ManageEngine, Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro).
  • Asset Tracking: Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
