Role & responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and
peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and business applications.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, Outlook, Teams,
OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Perform user onboarding, offboarding, password resets, and access
management.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and asset lifecycle records.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Support basic network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,
LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, and switch port troubleshooting.
- Monitor and support network devices, routers, switches, and access
points.
- Provide basic administration of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Configure shared folders, user permissions, and network drives.
- Install, configure, and monitor antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Assist in firewall, VPN, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
- Manage incidents and service requests using IT ticketing tools.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty, and AMC
support.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards.
- Support IT infrastructure projects, office setups, and system deployments.
- Provide remote support to branch offices and work-from-home users.
Preferred candidate profile
• Windows 10/11 Administration
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Active Directory & Windows Server (Basic)
• Desktop, Laptop, and Printer Troubleshooting
• Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN)
• Basic Firewall Knowledge (FortiGate, Sophos, pfSense, etc.)
• VPN and Remote Support
• IT Asset Management
• Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, GLPI, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
Experience
• 34 years of hands-on experience in IT Administration or System
Administration.
• Experience supporting 300+ users is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Windows environments is mandatory.
