- Responsible for complete IT Infrastructure management of the organization
- Provided functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnosing Hardware and Software problems, including Desktop, Laptop, LAN, and Remote Systems
- Responsible for Procurement and Vendor Management
- E-Mail Client Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Express, MS Outlook
- Maintenance of System Database, Inventory and Back up
- Providing remote support at pan India level
Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Requisite networking and Operating system knowledge
- Working Knowledge of MS office and other relevant softwares
- Strong aptitude for customer relationships and willingness to travel.
