About Role
Manage IT infrastructure: hardware, software, and networks.
Administer systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.
Take handover from client locations and fulfill their IT-related needs.
Monitor systems, perform regular updates, and apply security patches.
Maintain IT inventory and proper documentation.
1-2 years of experience in IT support/administration.
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of basic networking and server configurations.
Great communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients.
Certifications like CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft (preferred but not mandatory).
Work with a high-performing tech team in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to enterprise-level IT tools and infrastructure.
