Job Description

As a Data Analyst you will:


Support the delivery of reporting and insights for a global cybersecurity analytics platform used in regulatory reporting and senior decision-making. Working closely with the IT Product Manager and Senior Data Analysts, you will generate reports, analyse complex data, and support stakeholder requirements.


Support the development and ongoing enhancement of the SPIRE cybersecurity analytics platform (in-house solution) in collaboration with senior team members


Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI and other tools to deliver insights into security and risk performance


Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows to support data processing and reporting


Analyze and transform data from multiple sources into meaningful insights and visualizations


Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs, identifying and resolving data issues where required


Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and support KPI/KRI definition and tracking


Understanding of cybersecurity process, technologies and frameworks (NIST, DORA, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)


Prior experience in a global company with strong knowledge of complex IT organizations


The successful candidate should be a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst.


Expertise in MS Excel (including PivotTables) and PowerPoint (including excellent visualizations) including basic storytelling


Proven experience in developing high-quality documentation and PowerPoint presentations, providing insights to enable management decisions


Experience of developing content for, and interacting with, senior management



Must have:


Fluent in English communication


Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams


Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills


Strong self-starter with innate curiosity to develop and improve customer support processes


Ability to explain the technical issues and its solution
