Job Role
- Conducts Quality inspections at supplier site or incoming inspections.
- Raw material inspection as per quality plan.
- Responsible to assure the quality on the raw materials working side by side
- Participates in quality meetings with suppliers.
- Aware of Supplier handling, Supplier Audit, Supplier issue resolving
- Evaluates and reports on supplier performance and supports definitions of effective measures.
- Provides technology support for materials or products and elaborates testing specifications.
- Conducts First Article Inspection Process
- Basic instruments handling - Micrometer, Vernier, Bevel, etc.
- Aware of 7 QC tools, 5S activity, Kaizen, Pokayoke, Root Cause Analysis etc.
- Awareness Of ISO 9001:2015 - (Quality Management System)
Experience :- Minimum 3 Years and above in Plastic Part Manufacturing Industry
