Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IPQA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring in-process quality checks during various stages of production, maintaining compliance with GMP standards, and ensuring product quality meets regulatory and company standards

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process checks and monitoring of manufacturing and packaging activities as per standard procedures

Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Identify, document, and escalate deviations or non-conformities observed during the process

Monitor environmental conditions in production areas

Conduct line clearance before production or packaging

Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure smooth operations and timely documentation

Maintain accurate records and logs related to IPQA activities

Support internal and external audits

Sc / M

Sc / B

Pharm / M

Pharm or relevant qualification

Minimum 2 years of experience in IPQA in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry

Good knowledge of GMP, documentation, and quality systems

Attention to detail and strong observation skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
