IPQA Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct IPQA activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Review and approve batch records, including BMRs, BPRs, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of deviations or non-conformities.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in IPQA role.
• Strong understanding of process quality assurance principles and regulations (e.g. cGMP).
• Proficiency in reviewing batch records, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
