Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in macOS/iOS application development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and enhancing native macOS applications while ensuring high performance, reliability, and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain native macOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in macOS/iOS application development.
Strong programming skills in Swift and/or Objective-C.
Good understanding of Cocoa, Cocoa UI, and SwiftUI Frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in developing multi-process-based applications.
Hands-on experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC) technologies such as:
- XPC
- Distributed Notifications
- MachPorts
- Sockets
- Pipes
Understanding of background services in macOS.
Experience with Xcode Instruments (Memory Leaks, Allocations, Zombies, etc.) for performance and memory optimization.
