Investment Banking Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including valuation, DCF modeling, and equity research.
  
• Assist in preparing investment memorandums, pitch books, and other materials for clients.
  
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in creating complex financial models using tools like Excel or similar software.
  
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or related field (private equity).
  
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts such as capital structure optimization and financing strategies.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA, CFA (Level I/II), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Prior internship or experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Valuation is an advantage.
