Job Description
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the investment banking team in various financial and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), initial public offerings (IPOs), valuation, capital raising, and other financial advisory services. You will contribute to the analysis, valuation, and execution of deals, while also assisting in client presentations and market research.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis, to assess potential investment opportunities and strategic transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Support the team in negotiations and communications with clients, counterparties, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and relevant economic indicators that may impact investment decisions.
Qualifications/Skills:
- MBA (Finance)/CFA/CA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good Report Writing Skills.
- 2-10 years of work experience in the related field.
