Key Responsibilities
- Oversee stock accuracy, inward/outward movement, and overall inventory health across hubs and dark stores.
- Control damage and shrinkage, managing space, slotting, and inventory holding plans.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment and system compliance.
- Provide hourly inventory reports and ensure day-to-day operations are managed within SLAs.
- Drive cost savings by focusing on Visibility, Variability, and Velocity.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for facility inventory operations, interfacing cross-functionally with Customer Support, 3PLs, and Fulfillment Centers.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in First-mile Operations & Inventory Management.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate.
- Core Skills:Advanced Excel, Warehouse/SCM operations experience, and Inventory Analysis.
