Inventory Executive (Female Candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory/stock records accurately
• Monitor inward and outward stock entries
• Prepare stock reports in Excel on a daily/weekly basis
• Handle inventory accounting in Tally
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, and accounts teams
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Assist in reconciliation of physical stock with system stock
• Support administrative work related to inventory,

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formulas, reports)
• Good working experience in Tally
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
