Job Description
-Request PO regular items & Miscellaneous items as per SOH and required quantity for production schedule.
- Follow up for the material to be received against the PO placed.
- Once the goods are received check for deviation if any in physical received v/s PO and invoice
- Support QA with samples of received goods/items
- Book GRN for the received material against PO.
- Keep note of material inward & outward from the store.
- Maintain the records and stock for WIP Produced by fruit department
- Maintain the records and stock for WIP Produced by Ice cream department
- As per consumption plan purchase of the material and make it available for production.
- Similarly, manage inventory at other storage facility, its inward and outward at KOTI
- Physical stock check of inventory on a weekly basis.
