Customer Handling:
Interaction, enquiry, order checking, attending to complaints, customer satisfaction, After Sales
Inventory Management:
Stock checking, tracking min max, coordination wih production
Inventory level, record maintenance, actions regarding low selling items
Dispatch:
Packing, shipping coordination, final dispatches.
Good familiarity with MS Office, written and spoken communication in English, multitasking, high learning aptitude, initiative and team work.
