Job Title: Intune, JAMF, Nexthink
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Management Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Nexthink to manage and optimize end-user computing environments. The role involves device management, monitoring, automation, and enhancing user experience across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF
- Configure and deploy MDM/MAM policies for Windows and macOS environments
- Monitor and improve digital employee experience using Nexthink
- Troubleshoot endpoint issues and ensure high availability and performance
- Manage device compliance, security policies, and patch management
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth EUC service delivery
- Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and requests
- Automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
- JAMF (macOS device management)
- Nexthink (monitoring & analytics)
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Experience in device provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of MDM/MAM concepts and endpoint security
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
